Tuff Yards is a 100% Indigenous owned, family operated construction and landscaping business based in South-East Queensland.

Established in 2008, and Supply Nation certified since 2014, we have built a solid reputation of attention to detail, the ability to meet demanding deadlines and unmatched client satisfaction. Specialising in the delivery of large-scale public infrastructure, we have successfully delivered a diverse array of construction projects including urban redevelopment, commercial parks and gardens, cultural, sporting and educational facilities throughout Queensland and New South Wales.

Our qualified team of designers, licensed builders and landscapers deliver tailored, innovative and practical solutions for local councils, state and federal government, and commercial clients. Our beginnings

Tuff Yards began as a sole trader “with just a ute and a lawnmower”. A steady stream of local landscaping and maintenance work kept us going and growing. The forging of strong ties with Brisbane City Council and other government clients expanded our scope and capabilities.

Today our team is made up of 14 expert and apprentice plumbers, drainers, concreters, horticulturalists and structural landscapers working almost exclusively on complex, integrated public infrastructure projects for councils, governments and corporations. We are also pleased to count many proud home-owners as valued clients.

Looking forward

Having grown our footprint across the Queensland seaboard, from Brisbane to Ipswich and Coolangatta, then expanding far beyond into regional QLD and NSW, we continue to look to the future. Fully mobile and paperless, we’re committed to keeping agile and remaining ahead of the curve in a changing environment and the challenges it presents.
